Due to expansion into the Victorian market, Play Force is seeking a Playground Sales & Safety Consultant to assist with sales and marketing activities in Victoria, as well as in Queensland where Play Force is headquartered. The role will report to the National Business Development Manager and will be a predominantly work-from-home role. In the future, the role may transition into a hybrid working model when a physical Melbourne office is established. The Position… The position is responsible for providing support to the National Business Development Manager in driving Play Force’s growth strategy by: (i) managing and executing key marketing activities; (ii) following up leads; and (iii) providing sales support. Specifically, this role will be in charge of handling routine playground inspection quoting and providing administrative support for state and national conferences and road shows. Key responsibilities of this role include: Quoting & Sales support Generating inspection quotes for. Child Care providers, Catholic schools, Councils and Private Schools. Assisting with inspection leads and quoting for all Victorian schools and Councils. Follow-up of straightforward conference leads (e.g. standard inspection requests). Assisting with coordination and representation at Catholic and SBMAQ school conferences. Support all Victorian conferences, including the Victorian Principals and Business Managers conferences. Provide administrative support for QLD State School Road Shows. Client Engagement Executing repeat inspection programs by contacting existing clients (via email and phone). Assisting with Victorian lead follow-ups in order to generate inspection sales. Administration & Communication Assist with administrative based duties, including maintaining accurate job records & keeping CRM systems up to date. Communicating effectively with management, in particular the National BDM, to ensure large opportunities are prioritised and managed effectively. Fostering strong working relationships internally (Management and the wider Sales and Maintenance teams) and with external stakeholders including clients (Schools, Councils, Childcare providers), conference organisers and industry members. Ideal Candidate Criteria… The ideal candidate will have the following: A current Victorian driver’s licence (mandatory) Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or a coordination role (mandatory) Previous experience within the landscaping, construction, or maintenance industries Working with Children Check (Paid Employment) – mandatory; can be obtained when commencing the job Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and CRM/Job Management software High level of written and verbal English communication for professional client interaction Competent with numbers and general mathematics to ensure accurate quoting and margin analysis High level of organisation and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks Honest, accountable, reliable, self-driven & strong work ethic Able to work autonomously & strong problem-solving skills The Benefits… Play Force is offering a permanent full-time position, along with an attractive hourly rate (negotiable based on experience) plus superannuation.
